  1. What Yield Network Is. We provide non-custodial tools that let you interact with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Everything runs on public blockchains; we never hold your private keys or crypto.
  2. High Risk, No Guarantees. DeFi is experimental. Smart-contract bugs, market crashes, oracle errors, governance votes, or admin-key actions at any integrated protocol can wipe out part or all of your assets. Rewards and APYs shown in the app are estimates, not promises. Nothing here is insured or backed by any government.

  6. Prohibited Conduct. No hacking, fraud, money-laundering, market manipulation, spam, or use by sanctioned persons. Don’t introduce malware or interfere with other users.
  7. Disclaimers & Liability Limits. The site and all code are provided “as is,” with no warranties. We (and our contributors) are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages and cap direct liability at US $100.
  8. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute must be arbitrated individually under London Court of International Arbitration rules—no jury trials or class actions. You have one year to bring a claim.
  9. Indemnification. You agree to cover any losses we suffer because of your breach of the Terms or misuse of the platform.
  10. Changes & Force Majeure. We can update the platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., hacks, network outages, natural disasters).

These terms of use are entered into by and between you (“you” or the “User”) and Yield Network (“YN,” “Yield Network,” “we,” our,” us”). Yield Network is a distributed network of individual contributors who are located around the world and collaborate primarily through digital means. The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”), govern the User’s access to and use of https://yieldnetwork.io, and its sub-pages, including any content or functionality offered on or through the website-hosted user interfaces https://app.yieldnetwork.io/ (the “Interface,” or collectively with other https://yieldnetwork.io/ subpages, the “Website”). The User must read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website (including the Interface). By using the Website or the Interface, the User accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and all documents incorporated herein by reference.

If the User does not want to agree to these Terms of Use or any documents that are incorporated herein by reference, the User must not access the Website or use the Interface. The Website is offered and available to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this Website, the User represents and warrants that the User is at least the higher of legal age to form a binding contract with Yield Network in the User’s applicable jurisdiction or eighteen (18) years of age, and meets all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.
